STC Pilates is conveniently located just off North Avenue in Campton Crossing, a mix-use center with easy outdoor parking in St. Charles, IL.

The 1300 square foot space is filled with natural light via tall windows at both ends of the studio. Light bleached wood floors throughout create a clean backdrop to the equipment and furniture.

State of the art equipment by Balanced Body are carefully placed for connected individual and group classes. Natural wood finishes, warm grey tones, clean white furniture, sparkling glass lighting and modern silver touches combine to create balance, warmth, and comfort. 

STC's calming and connective space is a welcome respite to energize, restore, and promote your overall health and wellness.

Becky Vento Certified Pilates

Instructor & Owner

Rebecca Vento has been a resident of St. Charles for 18 years and an arduous student of the Pilates Method for over 10. Pilates has transformed her both physically and mentally, inspiring her to open her own studio. It is her ongoing passion to pass along both classical and contemporary Pilates techniques so her clients can know an improved life through their practice. Having been a student of Pilates for over a decade has shaped her desire to give her clients attention that doesn't stray and a commitment to their health that is unwavering. Becky is dedicated to finding proper alignment in all her clients, at every level, to maximize their body's fullest potential.

She received her certification in Pilates through the Pilates Sports Center in Encino, California. Currently, she is pursuing an advanced certification in Pilates from master trainer Regan Hoerster Zubak at Village Pilates in Forest Park, Illinois.

Lisa

Lisa Miranda, NCPT®️ RYT®️, was pilates certified in 2000 and has been teaching pilates for over 25 years.  She is passionate about her work and enjoys sharing the art of pilates movement and flow to reach a place of strength and tranquility. She specializes in restorative pilates for the aging population to increase flexibility, control, balance and body awareness. Continued education credits (CEC’S) include workshops such as Prenatal and Postnatal Care, Rehabilitation Protocols and Injury Prevention, Gait Analysis and Balance, Neuroscience and Movement, and much more.  Lisa completed the BASI®️ Pilates certification program with creator and founder Rael Isacowitz at the Body Arts and Science International headquarters in California.  

Lisa enjoys working at STC Pilates for it’s focus on health, wellness and wellbeing and it’s strong connection to community in a comfortable environment. Truly thankful.

 

Shannon

Shannon came to Pilates as a student in 2021 and immediately realized it was exactly what her body needed. Having explored many different forms of movement over the years, Pilates stood out as something truly transformative. She has been committed to her practice ever since.

After years of consistent classes and developing a strong personal foundation, Shannon felt inspired to teach. She completed her instructor training through Focus Pilates Education in Naperville, IL, and is now a Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor (NCPI) through the National Pilates Certification Program.

Shannon is passionate about making Pilates inclusive and accessible, and she is dedicated to creating a welcoming space for all bodies to move, grow, and feel empowered.

 

Lauren

Lauren Ciccolini is a dancer and Pilates instructor with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from George Mason University. She has performed professionally with Cerqua Rivera Dance Theatre, along with other independent Chicago-based choreographers, and holds a 500-hour comprehensive classical Pilates certification through EYT Teacher Training. Lauren has experience teaching diverse populations, including completing her Dance for Parkinson’s teaching certificate at the Kennedy Center
